We collaborate with various institutions, including religious, healthcare, educational, and corporate entities, to provide therapy and specialized education for children with special needs. Children with special needs present many health, neurological, physical and cognitive challenges that can be managed. The multidisciplinary team can consists of Doctors,Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Family Support Workers and Educators who work together as a team with the family sharing, learning and working across disciplines. Each member of the team has important contributions to make in the care of the affected child. To be effective each team member needs to be knowledgeable and skilled in their own discipline. The emphasis is on a more holistic approach in which all team members (including parents) feel comfortable in following through program recommendations across disciplines. The team works on clear processes and guidelines for assessment and intervention.
